Day 1

Day 1, ZAGREB ARRIVAL

Upon arrival to Zagreb Airport you are greeted by the driver, holding your name on a signboard, ready to take you to your hotel. Transfer to the city center takes approximately 30 minutes. Hotel is situated at a short walking distance from all the most important sights of Zagreb. After check in, rest of the day is at your leisure, to relax after your trip and to explore the city. We suggest having dinner in Restaurant VINODOL in the center of the capital of Croatia, where you would get to choose a la carte. Zagreb has a lively evening scene and we shall be happy to share some suggestions. Overight in Zagreb. Hotel Esplanade 5*

Day 2

Day 2, ZAGREB - ROVINJ

After the breakfast, meet your guide at hotel lobby, ready for Zagreb sightseeing tour of this Croatian capital: Zagreb’s main square – Ban Jelačić Square named after our viceroy/governor from the middle of 19th century. The tour continues with the visit of two historic settlements – Kaptol and Gradec – from which Zagreb, as a capital city, developed. On Kaptol you will not only learn about the biggest Cathedral in Croatia and Croatia’s Catholic Church but you will also get a chance to discover our picturesque farmer’s market Dolac. After crossing the border between the two hills, today the loveliest walking street in Zagreb, we walk up to Gradec, better known as Zagreb’s Upper Town, and enter it through medieval Stone Gate. Within the old walled hill of Gradec you will get a chance to see the seat of our countries administration, Parliament and Government buildings, as well as St. Mark's Church with the famous colored roof, baroque church of St. Catharine's and 16th century Lotrščak tower. There’s an option to use Zagreb's Funicular, originally built in 1890, and known as the shortest ride funicular in Europe. After the tour your driver will take you to Rovinj, the most romantic place in the Mediterranean! The town of Rovinj is the right destination for all of guests seeking a sentimental atmosphere. After checking in to your Rovinj hotel, we suggest strolling along the seaside and climbing up to St. Euphemia’s church, to enjoy the views from the vista in front of it and afterwards having dinner in one of the Rovinj restaurants with sea view. Day 3

Day 3, ROVINJ – MOTOVUN – GROŽNJAN - ROVINJ

This day is reserved for a full day tour, a trip to Motovun, beautiful small city on top of a hill, surrounded with vineyards, in the middle of truffle land. Here you will meet a truffle hunter and his trained dog for a truffle hunt demonstration. We suggest having lunch in one of the restaurants in Motovun or Groznjan. It is hard to make a mistake if you dine in any of the local restaurants, but we suggest trying out restaurant “Mondo” located just in front of the city gate, also presented in NO Reservations episode by Anthony Bourdain. After Motovun tour, you will head to Groznjan, small city where time has stopped and is quite relative. After the tour time at your leisure,your driver will return you to Rovinj for sightseeing of this charming town, the capital of romance in the Adriatic. Since then it undertook the transformation from the small fishing village to the tobacco industry capital of Croatia, to the postcard city that is traveller resort, this city with the stunning views in front of St. Euphemia's church as well as an artistic neighbourghood has continuously been at the epicenter of best destinations in Croatia. Day 4

Day 4, ROVINJ – NATIONAL PARK PLITVICE - SPLIT

After breakfast and check out procedure, your driver will take you to the Plitvice National Park, oldest (since 1949.) and the most beautiful national park in Croatia. After breakfast. You will enjoy this one of the nature’s wonders of the world strolling through sixteen lakes, breathtaking waterfalls and caves. This self-tour includes a boat ride on one of the lakes as well as a walking tour on the wooden paths just above the turquoise lake surface. After the tour and an optional lunch in one of the local restaurants, your driver will take you to Split. You would reach Split, 1700 year old capital of Dalmatia region. The remainder of the day is at your leisure. We suggest having a drink at Vidilica, a beautiful belvedere overlooking the whole of Split and the surrounding area and having dinner in one of the restaurants on the West coast of city harbour, with stunning views of the city of Split. Day 5

Day 5, SPLIT & TROGIR SIGHTSEEING

In the morning, meet your guide at the lobby of the hotel for the tour of Split and Trogir. Split is one of the living and breathing monuments both to the way people lived in the past and to different styles and influences that have been carved into its narrow streets, Roman temples and Christian churches. Outside the palace, the story of Split continues as it spreads from its center, the Palace, to beautiful vistas on the hill of Marjan, to the old town, waterfront promenade RIVA and its beaches. Trogir is a small island town around 30 km from Split. In the past, the town was a bitter enemy of Split, with wars being waged for the land that lies between the two famous cities. After the Trogir tour, you will return to Split, for afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Split. Hotel Cornaro 4*. Meals: Breakfast

Day 6

Day 6, SPLIT - NATIONAL PARK KRKA & ŠIBENIK - SPLIT

This day, your driver will take you to Krka National Park. Bring your swimming suits as here you will get a chance to swim next to the waterfalls and enjoy the nature wonders which has been created for millenniums as river Krka interacted with karst limestone. After Krka selftour, your driver will take you to your Šibenik. It is a city that was founded by the Croatian King Petar Krešimir IV in the 11th century, and for a while, it was the seat of Croatian kings. Its beautiful St. James Cathedral which took over 100 years to build is a monument to the people of Šibenik and their determination. Strong fortresses that looked over Šibenik and surrounding islands now offer magnificent views of the area they used to protect. After Sibenik tour, we suggest lunch in Pelegrini restaurant, voted the best Croatian restaurant 3 years in a row. After lunch you will make your way to Split. Evening at your leisure. We suggest having a glass of wine on Peristil and maybe a dance as well with live music there. Overnight in Split. Hotel Cornaro 4* Meals: Breakfast

Day 7

Day 7, SPLIT - HVAR

This day is reserved for your time at leisure. You can either chose to get an early morning catamaran (around 9 AM) from Split to Hvar or an afternoon one (around 3 PM) depending on where would you like to spend more time that day. After reaching Hvar, check in in Hotel Adriana 4*, refresh yourselves and once out of the hotel get to enjoy Hvar. Your hotel is located on the city promenade where everything happens. We suggest visiting Carpe Diem bar for The Blue Hour – chill out sessions before your dinner in one of the local restaurants. We suggest restaurant Passarola. Overnight in Hvar. Hotel Adriana 4* Meals: Breakfast

Day 8

Day 8, HVAR PRIVATE ISLAND DISCOVERY

This day is reserved to discover spectacular surroundings of Hvar island. Your guide will pick you up in your hotel. A key element of Hvar’s attraction is its natural beauty, and the Hvar Island Discovery tour combines these historic man-made settlements with some of the most unspoiled natural beauty in Europe, while also sampling the fruits of that natural goodness. Hvar is known as the lavender island, and the tour starts with a journey through the famous lavender fields of Hvar and the history of this aromatic plant. The scenery is breathtaking and punctuated by visits to the towns above, with cultural interest limited to the famous Hektorovic Tvrdalj fortress, complete with stunning fishpond and stone inscriptions, and to the UNESCO field, for this is a tour to also celebrate Hvar’s nature. Visit the botanical garden near Dol, where a staggering 300 tyes of herb are grown, then head to the nearby Stančić Farm to taste an array of domestic goat cheese, served with organic olive oil, before heading into a secret olive grove with some of the best views on Hvar for a traditional Dalmatian lunch to remember. Day 9

Day 9, HVAR – SPLIT – HODILJE - DUBROVNIK

After the breakfast and a check out procedure, you would embark a public catamaran to take you from Hvar to Split where you would meet your driver. He will take you to Dubrovnik. On your way there, you will get to visit an oyster farm, as a part of a unique experience. Your host will be waiting for you in Hodilje, just 5 minutes away from the city of Ston by car. Once there you will embark a boat, which will take you to the oyster and mussels farm, located in Malostonski bay. You will see how the oysters are grown in a short demonstration by your host. After the farm, he will take you to a small privately owned island that has been in his family for generations. Here you will get to taste the oysters from the farm accompanied with some local olive oil, wine and rakija. To round the experience up the host will prepare Buzara sauce for you. This sauce for centuries is the base of the local cuisine, genuine Comfort food of Dalmatia. After enjoying oysters, your driver will take you to Dubrovnik, for an afternoon in leisure. Day 10

Day 10, DUBROVNIK SIGHTSEEING

After the breakfast, this day is reserved for Discover Dubrovnik an ultimate tour for visitors who wish to take in all the main sights and explore the architecture and history of this famous city. Accompanied by our experienced guide, the story of Dubrovnik's golden age will unfold before your eyes. The route takes you around the Old Town via Onofrio's Fountain and up Prijeko Street to the Old Port - the key to Dubrovnik's trading and maritime success. Along the way you will pay a visit to St. Saviour's, the grandiose Franciscan and Dominican church, and see wine-producing vines believed to be more than 100 years old. Ships from Dubrovnik were reknowned throughout the Mediterranean and galleons from the Republic could be found in navies across Europe and beyond. These ships were built and loaded in the legendary Arsenal, which is another stop on the tour. Once in the Old Port, your guide will relate the stories of the famous Quarantine and the nearby fortresses of St. Luke and St. John as well as legends about the Church of St Blaise, the Cathedral, the Rector's Palace, Sponza Palace, and Orlando's Column. The tour lasts one hour and in that time you will be entertained, informed and leave with a true understanding of the Dubrovnik's multi-layered past.The rest of the day is at your leisure. We suggest having a combination of relaxing on Banje beach – half way in between your hotel and old city. Light lunch in one of the restaurants such as restaurant Arsenal and then taking the cable car to Srd Hill overlooking Dubrovnik for an amazing sunset. Overnight in Dubrovnik. Day 11, DUBROVNIK-ONWARD
